Go toward Dimiao, there's a nice waterfall there. Near where I live there's Pahang-ok Falls. If you go on a weekday afternoon, you can have it all to yourself 👍

My default pick is the San Miguel in the brown bottle. Red Horse gives me a headache. San Miguel Dark is fine too.
Wild boars have strength, agility, and speed all in one package.
A 6'2" ex-military husband and a 6'0" wife? That sounds too good to be true.

My daughter-in-law's aunt snatched the microphone from the priest right there in the church and sang on the spot. At her sister's funeral mass. I had to bow my head because I was about to burst out laughing at a 68-year-old woman singing Sade's "Smooth Operator" at her own sister's funeral. According to the aunt, her sister's favorite thing was listening to her sing. I promise you, it was not. Her voice sounds like Adam Sandler's Dracula. On top of that, she couldn't pronounce the R's, so it came out as *Smoove Opewatah*. I nearly died.

Now it's time to relax! 🍺🍺
Here's quite a bit of info. Here's how it works, friend... 1) When you arrive, you immediately (no action needed) get a 30-day visitor (tourist) stamp in your passport. For your first visit, you should also have a "departure" flight ticket showing you'll leave the Philippines within 30 days... we call it a dummy ticket... I did this for the first three or four times, but now my stay record is long enough that they don't ask anymore... At the last stop before entering Manila, go into the Priceline app... book a one-way ticket to anywhere... take a screenshot... and cancel right away. There's no cancellation fee (they give you 24-hour free cancellation, and nothing is charged)... Then you have a screenshot to show immigration... It's easy... 2) Within 30 days, go to the nearest immigration office. 3) On your first visit, they extend your visa with an additional 30 days (visitor/tourist). The cost is about $80. 4) If you go again before the second 30 days ends, it becomes a 60-day extension... You can also do it online (if you have a foreigner card). I forgot the cost, but it's probably around $80 too. 5) Keep repeating... At this point you'll probably want to get a "foreigner" card (ID), and if you want to switch from a visitor visa, you'll learn more visa options. With a visitor visa you can stay up to 3 years, and after that you can leave, come back, and stay another 3 years. Also, if you stay more than 6 months in the Philippines, you need to go get an exit clearance 2-3 weeks before leaving. It's to confirm you haven't violated any rules. It's easy, friend... When you arrive, just relax and dip your toes into life there... For the first 30 days, just go extend by 30 days each time as described above. Enjoy your stay...

This person's writing style is really unusual. Each sentence is its own paragraph. I guess they think that adds weight and a dramatic feel. It doesn't really work that way. It just makes them sound like a clown who thinks they're a genius.
This post is crazy. Daily rent? What's that lol, are you talking about a hotel? You spent $100. If you're paying monthly rent, that's not a big amount at all.
Sorry, I don't understand your question. What do you think the Philippine government's ACR card has to do with a home-country pension?
Byaaaaai iiiii

I wired $26,000 directly to the dealer through my credit union. You're misreading the rules. Banks automatically report large transactions on their own, and since this is a legitimate purpose, there's nothing to worry about at all. Go ahead and buy it! And it's good that you're asking questions, but in this case there's no problem.
It's only 200 pounds... It's a one-time payment to people aged 67 to 79.. Are you really that upset about not getting that? 🤔😂😂
Lions and tigers from opposite sides of the world get along just fine, so why can't we?
Honestly, dwarf boxing is only fun for about 20 minutes. The drinks are ridiculously overpriced, and soon you realize it's all kind of weird and creepy.. If you don't see that, then maybe you're the weird and creepy one lol Intramuros is really amazing!!! I took my family there in September. I've lived in the Philippines for 12 years and it was my first time, and I was truly amazed and moved. Go to Chinatown too. The food is excellent, and it's fun to walk around the neighborhood and browse the small shops. Walk the MOA promenade and ride the rides there too.
Let me shorten this for you. In the Philippines, local products are cheap and imported goods are more expensive. Rent is cheap but infrastructure is bad. The end.

I used to eat bak kut teh a lot when I was buying it in Kuala Lumpur… it's the herbal taste that's good for you.

It's Da Nang, Vietnam. There are condos lined up all along the long, beautiful beach. You might be able to negotiate a long-stay rate at the Conrad itself too.
