# SeeQee 개인정보처리방침
SeeQee(이하 "회사")는 회원의 개인정보를 중요하게 생각하며, 필리핀 「2012년 개인정보보호법(Data Privacy Act of 2012, Republic Act No. 10173)」 및 관련 규정을 준수합니다. 본 방침은 회사가 어떤 개인정보를 어떻게 수집·이용·보관·보호하는지를 설명합니다.

## 1. 수집하는 개인정보 항목
- 회원가입·계정: 이메일 주소, 소셜 로그인 식별자(예: 페이스북·구글 계정 정보), 닉네임, 프로필 사진
- 서비스 이용: 게시물·댓글·리뷰, 예약·쿠폰 이용 내역, 코인 적립·사용 내역, 관심 업체 등 활동 정보
- 자동 수집: 접속 IP, 기기·브라우저 정보, 접속 일시, 쿠키, 서비스 이용 기록(방문한 페이지와 이동 경로 포함)
- 결제(코인 충전 시): 결제 수단 정보 및 결제 내역. 단, 카드번호 등 민감한 결제정보는 결제대행사(PG사)가 처리하며 회사는 저장하지 않습니다.
## 2. 개인정보의 수집·이용 목적
- 회원 식별 및 계정 관리, 본인 확인
- 커뮤니티·업체 정보·예약·쿠폰·코인 등 서비스 제공 및 운영
- 여러 나라의 회원이 서로의 글을 읽을 수 있도록 하는 이용자 콘텐츠 자동 번역
- 부정 이용 방지(같은 기기·접속 IP 로 여러 계정을 이용하는 행위 확인 포함), 신고 처리, 분쟁 대응 및 법령상 의무 이행
- 서비스 개선, 통계 분석, 공지 및 고객 문의 응대
- (동의한 경우) 이벤트·혜택 등 마케팅 정보 제공
## 3. 개인정보의 보유 및 이용 기간
1. 회사는 수집 목적이 달성되면 지체 없이 개인정보를 파기합니다.
2. 회원 탈퇴 시 계정 정보는 파기하되, 부정 이용 방지 및 분쟁 대응을 위해 필요한 최소한의 정보는 일정 기간 보관할 수 있습니다.
3. 관련 법령이 보존을 요구하는 경우(예: 거래·결제 기록) 해당 법령이 정한 기간 동안 보관합니다.
4. 접속 기록(접속 IP·로그인 기록 등)과 방문 통계 분석 정보(제5-3조)는 수집일로부터 1년간 보관한 뒤 파기합니다. 다만 개인을 알아볼 수 없도록 집계한 통계 수치는 기간 제한 없이 보관할 수 있습니다.
## 4. 개인정보의 제3자 제공
회사는 회원의 개인정보를 본 방침에 명시한 목적 외로 제3자에게 제공하지 않습니다. 다만 다음의 경우는 예외로 합니다.
- 회원이 사전에 동의한 경우
- 예약·거래의 이행을 위해 해당 업체에 필요한 최소한의 정보를 제공하는 경우
- 법령에 근거하거나 수사기관이 적법한 절차에 따라 요청하는 경우
## 5. 개인정보 처리의 위탁
회사는 원활한 서비스 제공을 위해 다음과 같은 업무를 외부에 위탁할 수 있으며, 수탁자가 개인정보를 안전하게 처리하도록 관리·감독합니다.
- 결제 처리: 결제대행사(PG사)
- 클라우드 인프라·콘텐츠 전송(CDN), 데이터 저장
- 이메일·알림 발송
- 자동 번역 처리: Google LLC 및 계열사(Gemini API, Google Cloud Vertex AI 등 Google 의 AI·번역 서비스)
- 방문 통계 분석: Google LLC(Google Analytics), PostHog Inc.(PostHog)
## 5-2. 자동 번역을 위한 처리와 국외 이전
1. 회사는 여러 나라의 회원이 서로의 글을 읽을 수 있도록, 회원이 작성한 게시물(소모임 글·비밀글 포함)·댓글·프로필 소개·소모임 이름과 소개·업체·이벤트·쿠폰 정보 등 이용자 콘텐츠를 자동으로 번역합니다. 채팅 메시지는 회원이 '번역 보기'를 누른 경우에만 번역합니다. 이를 위해 해당 콘텐츠의 본문이 번역 처리 수탁자인 Google(Gemini API, Google Cloud Vertex AI 등)로 전송될 수 있습니다.
2. 번역을 위해 전송하는 정보는 번역할 콘텐츠의 본문에 한정하며, 작성자의 이메일·연락처·계정 식별자 등은 함께 보내지 않습니다. 다만 회원이 본문에 직접 적은 개인정보는 본문과 함께 전송될 수 있습니다.
3. 수탁자는 필리핀 밖(미국 등 Google 데이터센터 소재국)에서 정보를 처리할 수 있습니다. 회사는 「2012년 개인정보보호법」에 따라 국외에서 처리되는 경우에도 회원의 개인정보에 대한 책임을 집니다. 전송된 내용은 Google 의 서비스 약관(Gemini API 추가 약관 등)에 따라 처리되며, 무료 등급 서비스를 이용하는 경우 해당 약관에 따라 Google 의 서비스 개선에 이용될 수 있습니다.
4. 번역문은 원문과 같은 공개 범위로만 표시됩니다. 비공개 소모임의 글·소개는 멤버에게만, 비밀글은 작성자와 관리자에게만, 채팅 메시지는 해당 채팅방 참여자에게만 번역문이 보이며, 비공개 콘텐츠의 번역문은 검색엔진에 노출(색인)되지 않습니다.
5. 번역 결과는 회사 데이터베이스에 원문과 연결해 보관하며, 원문이 삭제되면 번역문도 함께 파기합니다.
6. 이 처리는 회원이 이용하는 서비스를 제공하기 위해 필요한 처리로서 이루어집니다. 회원은 제6조의 권리(이의 제기 등)를 통해 본인 콘텐츠의 자동 번역에 대해 문의하거나 이의를 제기할 수 있습니다.
## 5-3. 방문 통계 분석과 국외 이전
1. 회사는 서비스 개선과 부정 이용 방지를 위해, 회원과 방문자가 본 페이지·이동 경로·기기와 브라우저 정보·대략적인 위치(국가·도시)·접속 IP 주소를 방문 통계 분석 도구(Google Analytics, PostHog)로 처리합니다.
2. 로그인한 회원의 경우 PostHog 에 한해 회원 식별번호와 닉네임을 함께 처리합니다. 이메일·연락처 등은 보내지 않으며, Google Analytics 에는 회원을 식별하는 정보를 보내지 않습니다.
3. 수탁자는 필리핀 밖에서 정보를 처리합니다(PostHog: 유럽연합, Google: 미국 등 Google 데이터센터 소재국). 회사는 「2012년 개인정보보호법」에 따라 국외에서 처리되는 경우에도 회원의 개인정보에 대한 책임을 집니다.
4. 분석 정보는 수집일로부터 1년간 보관한 뒤 파기합니다.
5. 이 처리는 서비스 개선과 부정 이용 방지라는 회사의 정당한 이익에 근거하며, 회사는 이 과정에서 회원의 권리와 자유가 부당하게 침해되지 않도록 전송 항목을 위 범위로 제한합니다. 회원은 제6조의 권리(이의 제기 등)를 통해 본인 정보의 분석 처리에 대해 문의하거나 이의를 제기할 수 있습니다.
## 6. 정보주체의 권리 (RA 10173)
회원은 필리핀 개인정보보호법에 따라 다음의 권리를 가집니다.
- 정보를 받을 권리(Right to be informed)
- 개인정보 처리에 이의를 제기할 권리(Right to object)
- 본인의 개인정보 열람을 요구할 권리(Right to access)
- 부정확한 정보의 정정을 요구할 권리(Right to rectification)
- 개인정보의 차단·삭제를 요구할 권리(Right to erasure or blocking)
- 위법·부정확한 처리로 인한 손해의 배상을 청구할 권리(Right to damages)
- 본인의 개인정보를 이전받을 권리(Right to data portability)
- 국가개인정보위원회(NPC)에 진정을 제기할 권리(Right to lodge a complaint)
권리 행사는 아래 문의처를 통해 요청할 수 있으며, 회사는 관련 법령이 정한 기간 내에 처리합니다.
## 7. 개인정보의 파기
파기 사유가 발생한 개인정보는 복구할 수 없는 방법으로 파기합니다. 전자적 파일은 기술적 방법으로 영구 삭제하고, 출력물 등은 분쇄·소각합니다.
## 8. 개인정보의 안전성 확보 조치
회사는 개인정보 보호를 위해 접근 권한 통제, 전송·저장 구간 암호화, 접속 기록 관리, 보안 시스템 운영 등 합리적인 기술적·관리적 보호조치를 시행합니다.
## 9. 쿠키 및 브라우저 저장소의 사용
회사는 로그인 유지 및 서비스 이용 편의를 위해 쿠키를 사용하며, 방문 통계 분석(제5-3조)을 위해 쿠키 또는 브라우저 저장소(localStorage)에 무작위로 생성한 기기 식별값을 저장합니다. 회원은 브라우저 설정을 통해 쿠키 저장을 거부하거나 저장된 정보를 삭제할 수 있으나, 이 경우 일부 서비스 이용이 제한될 수 있습니다.

본 방침에 따른 처리에 만족하지 못하는 경우, 필리핀 국가개인정보위원회(National Privacy Commission, https://privacy.gov.ph)에 진정을 제기할 수 있습니다.

# SeeQee Privacy Policy
SeeQee (the "Company") values your personal information and complies with the Data Privacy Act of 2012 (Republic Act No. 10173) of the Philippines and related regulations. This Policy explains what personal information the Company collects and how it is used, stored and protected. If the Korean and English versions differ, the Korean version prevails.
## 1. Personal Information We Collect
- Registration and account: email address, social login identifiers (e.g., Facebook or Google account information), nickname, profile photo
- Service use: posts, comments and reviews, booking and coupon history, coin earning and spending history, favorite businesses and other activity information
- Collected automatically: IP address, device and browser information, access date and time, cookies, service usage records (including pages visited and navigation path)
- Payment (when purchasing coins): payment method information and payment history. Sensitive payment information such as card numbers is handled by the payment gateway (PG), and the Company does not store it.
## 2. Purposes of Collection and Use
- Identifying members, managing accounts and verifying identity
- Providing and operating the service, including community, business information, bookings, coupons and coins
- Automatically translating user content so that members from different countries can read each other's content
- Preventing misuse (including detecting the use of multiple accounts from the same device or IP address), handling reports, responding to disputes and fulfilling legal obligations
- Improving the service, statistical analysis, notices and responding to inquiries
- (If you have consented) providing marketing information such as events and benefits
## 3. Retention Period
1. The Company deletes personal information without delay once the purpose of collection has been achieved.
2. When a member withdraws, account information is deleted, but the minimum information necessary to prevent misuse and respond to disputes may be kept for a certain period.
3. Where the law requires retention (e.g., transaction and payment records), information is kept for the period required by that law.
4. Access records (IP addresses, login records, etc.) and visit analytics data (Section 5-3) are kept for one (1) year from collection and then deleted. Aggregated statistics from which no individual can be identified may be kept without a time limit.
## 4. Provision to Third Parties
The Company does not provide your personal information to third parties beyond the purposes stated in this Policy, except:
- where you have given prior consent;
- where the minimum necessary information is provided to a business to carry out a booking or transaction; or
- where required by law or requested by law enforcement through lawful procedures.
## 5. Outsourcing of Processing
To provide the service smoothly, the Company may outsource the following work and supervises its processors to ensure personal information is handled securely.
- Payment processing: payment gateway (PG)
- Cloud infrastructure, content delivery (CDN) and data storage
- Sending emails and notifications
- Automatic translation: Google LLC and its affiliates (Google AI and translation services such as the Gemini API and Google Cloud Vertex AI)
- Visit analytics: Google LLC (Google Analytics), PostHog Inc. (PostHog)
## 5-2. Processing for Automatic Translation and Cross-Border Transfer
1. To let members from different countries read each other's content, the Company automatically translates user content, including posts (including group posts and private posts), comments, profile introductions, group names and descriptions, and business, event and coupon information. Chat messages are translated only when a member taps "See translation". For this purpose, the text of such content may be transmitted to Google (the Gemini API, Google Cloud Vertex AI, etc.), acting as the Company's personal information processor for translation.
2. Only the text of the content to be translated is transmitted. The author's email address, contact details or account identifiers are not sent with it. However, any personal information that a member writes in the content itself may be transmitted together with that text.
3. The processor may process the information outside the Philippines (e.g., the United States or other countries where Google data centers are located). In accordance with the Data Privacy Act of 2012, the Company remains responsible for personal information processed abroad. Transmitted content is handled under Google's service terms (including the Gemini API Additional Terms); where a free-tier service is used, it may be used to improve Google's services in accordance with those terms.
4. Translations are shown only to the same audience as the original. Translations of private group content are shown only to group members, translations of private posts only to their authors and administrators, and translations of chat messages only to participants in that chat room. Translations of non-public content are not indexed by search engines.
5. Translations are stored in the Company's database linked to the original and are deleted when the original is deleted.
6. This processing is necessary to provide the service you use. You may inquire about or object to the automatic translation of your content by exercising your rights under Section 6.
## 5-3. Visit Analytics and Cross-Border Transfer
1. To improve the service and prevent misuse, the Company processes the pages members and visitors view, their navigation path, device and browser information, approximate location (country and city) and IP address through visit analytics tools (Google Analytics, PostHog).
2. For logged-in members, PostHog alone also receives the member ID and nickname. We never send your email or phone number, and we send no member-identifying information to Google Analytics.
3. These processors handle data outside the Philippines (PostHog: European Union; Google: the United States and other countries where Google data centers are located). In accordance with the Data Privacy Act of 2012, the Company remains responsible for personal information processed abroad.
4. Analytics data is kept for one (1) year from collection and then deleted.
5. This processing is based on the Company's legitimate interests in improving the service and preventing misuse, and the Company limits the data sent to the items above so that your rights and freedoms are not unduly affected. You may inquire about or object to this processing by exercising your rights under Section 6.
## 6. Your Rights (RA 10173)
Under the Data Privacy Act of the Philippines, you have:
- the right to be informed;
- the right to object to the processing of your personal information;
- the right to access your personal information;
- the right to rectification of inaccurate information;
- the right to erasure or blocking of your personal information;
- the right to damages for unlawful or inaccurate processing;
- the right to data portability; and
- the right to lodge a complaint with the National Privacy Commission (NPC).
You may exercise these rights through the contact below, and the Company will respond within the period required by law.
## 7. Destruction of Personal Information
Personal information that is due for destruction is destroyed in a way that cannot be recovered. Electronic files are permanently deleted by technical means, and printed materials are shredded or incinerated.
## 8. Security Measures
The Company applies reasonable technical and organizational safeguards to protect personal information, including access control, encryption in transit and at rest, management of access logs and operation of security systems.
## 9. Use of Cookies and Browser Storage
The Company uses cookies to keep you logged in and make the service convenient to use, and stores a randomly generated device identifier in cookies or browser storage (localStorage) for visit analytics (Section 5-3). You may refuse cookies or delete stored information through your browser settings, but some features of the service may then be limited.
