TTKD 2026 in Balibago Oct 23–24 — traffic advisory

Hello
This is Peter, manager of Poten KTV
I hear that an annual event called TTKD will be held in Balibago, Angeles over the next two days, today and tomorrow
Heavy traffic is expected around Walking Street, and the Korea Town area is already seeing daily traffic because of the water and sewage works.....
Please keep this in mind so that your travels go smoothly
