Google rating: 4.4.
About the Place
According to a 2019 blog post, the building was constructed in 1996 and renovated in 2016. It has 7 floors and 303 rooms in total. Several articles introduce it as a 4-star hotel, and a recent post mentions that some suite categories have been newly refurbished.
Space and Atmosphere
This conference hotel has several meeting rooms and frequently hosts corporate workshops and team-building events. It has an outdoor pool, a gym, a restaurant, and a bar, and also offers villa-style rooms. The rooms are divided into categories from Deluxe Room (about 22㎡) to Club Deluxe Room, Suite, and Villa. The largest villa is described as having 3 bedrooms and a private pool, designed for families or groups. One review that stayed at the hotel says the lobby is not very large but is neat and calm, and the rooms are practical rather than flashy. The 7th-floor Club Lounge is available to guests in Club-level rooms and above, and offers evening cocktails and snacks. The hotel's dining options include the Mequeni Live buffet restaurant, the Rare Bar & Grill focusing on steak, Baker J Café, and the Mequeni Lounge. The pool has a separate kids' pool, and there is also a kids' club and a playground. One review mentions foam play at the pool on weekends (this may vary by season and event).
Tips for Guests
Many reviews say the breakfast buffet is generous. One review mentions that the hotel set up a small tent in the room for a family traveling with children. A review notes that rooms do not have bottled water and guests are advised to use the water dispenser on each floor. Another tip says all minibar items are paid, so check the price list before use. Breakfast is a buffet, but if you go close to the end time, much of the food may be depleted, so it is better to go early. One review says check-in and check-out can also be done using the device installed in the lobby. Since a free parking lot is available, it is convenient for road trips by rental car. A booking agency site mentions free shuttle service to the Mimosa Golf Course, but the shuttle runs on a separate schedule, so please check before booking.
How to Get There
It is located inside the Phillinvest Mimosa+ Leisure City (Mimosa Drive) in the Clark Freeport Zone. Many blog posts describe it as about 10 minutes by car from Clark International Airport, which makes it convenient for staying around arrival and departure schedules. According to the distance chart on a booking site, the Clark Museum, Air Force Park, and Fontana Waterpark are within 2 km, and SM City Clark is about 7 km away.
Recommended For
It is often introduced as suitable for golf travelers with a round scheduled at Mimosa Golf Course, families traveling with children looking for pool and kids' facilities, parents traveling together who want to rest somewhere quieter than the busy city, and travelers who want to spend their first day after arrival or the day before departure close to the airport. It is also introduced as accommodation for corporate workshops and group events.
