This is a residence-style budget hotel in the Clark Terrace Building at The Villages in Clark Freeport Zone. It isn't flashy like the big casino hotels. Some reviews say the layout feels like a studio-apartment building converted into a hotel. According to a 2025 blog post, the guest rooms are on the 3rd to 6th floors. The upper floors of the same building also have residential units rented out by the month.

Every room has a sink, an induction cooktop, a refrigerator, an electric kettle, and a washing machine. Being able to do simple cooking and laundry in the room is the biggest plus mentioned in many reviews. Many say the rooms are spacious for the price and kept clean, with a bright color scheme. Basic amenities such as air conditioning, Wi-Fi, a balcony, and bathrobes are also provided. One review says the rooms come as either a room with one king bed or a twin room with two beds. However, kitchenware such as pots and cutlery is not provided. Many reviews say you need to bring your own or buy it at the mart on the 1st floor. The building has an outdoor swimming pool. Several reviews say the staff are friendly, and one says Korean-language assistance is good.

The hotel restaurant serves a breakfast buffet. One review says golfers with early rounds can eat before the set hours. Some say there isn't a large variety, and satisfaction varies from review to review. Several reviews also mention that a paid hotel shuttle is available for trips to the airport or golf courses.

On the downside, several reviews say noise at night or in the hallway was bothersome. There is also advice to request a high-floor or interior room when booking if you want a quiet room. Some reviews mention ants on the wall (2024) or bed bug bites (2026). One review also says the water has a lot of lime scale, which leaves marks after washing.

According to Google Maps, there is a wheelchair-accessible parking lot and entrance, and the place is marked as good for kids. Many reviews say the parking lot is at the back of the building. On the 1st floor of the building there is a Korean mart that is open until late. The same building has Clark Joen Japanese and Korean Dining Restaurant, and the restaurant Sum Na Ra is about 100 m away. Many reviews say Korean restaurants, cafés, and massage shops are clustered nearby. Many also say that being close to golf courses like Mimosa and Korea CC, as well as Clark Airport, makes it convenient for golf travelers and for those arriving late. You can make inquiries by phone.
