This is a public golf course on Beverly Place Avenue in Barangay Sabanilla, Mexico, Pampanga. It was designed by Gary Player and developed by the Sta. Lucia group. It opened in 2009 with 9 holes, and another 9 holes were added later to make the current 18-hole course. Many reviews say it is easy to get to, since it is close to the NLEX San Fernando exit and near SM City Pampanga and Robinsons Mall.
The terrain is flat and the fairways are wide, so tee shots aren't much of a burden. However, many reviews say that the artificial lakes and bunkers scattered around the course call for accurate shots. The greens are small, elevated, and fast. Bunkers surround them, so even a ball that reaches the green can easily roll off, and several reviews say your short game decides your score. The 15th hole is an island green, and Mount Arayat is visible throughout the round. On the other hand, some point out that the fairway conditions have gotten worse than before and that the bunker sand is thin and uneven.
Many reviews say the clubhouse is clean. It has a driving range, pro shop, restaurant, locker rooms, a swimming pool, and a jacuzzi, and there are also tennis and badminton courts. Some reviews mention relaxing in the jacuzzi or getting a massage after a round.
For reference, the 18-hole green fee is ₱2,800 on weekdays and ₱3,600 on weekends in peak season (November 1 to March 14), and ₱1,000 to ₱1,300 on weekdays in the off-season. On top of that, there are separate charges: cart fee (2 players per cart) ₱1,500, caddie fee ₱600 per person, insurance ₱150, and a minimum food and beverage spend of ₱300. Club rental is USD 65 and golf shoe rental is USD 20. Many reviews say the afternoon twilight rate is cheap, but some say they won't let you start earlier than the set start time.
According to the popular times on Google Maps, it is generally busiest from around 10 a.m. to 1 p.m., and on some days it is busy in the late afternoon. Monthly senior and junior tournaments and group tournaments are held often. Several reviews complain of long waits when play backed up on days with tournaments or group outings overlapping, so it's best to leave some leeway in your schedule. Several reviews also say that when going with a small group, such as two people, they were told to join another group. Starting in October 2026, a new tee time reservation policy and starter rules are in effect, and players are asked to arrive at the starter area early before teeing off. Some reviews say operations have changed recently.
According to Google Maps, there are wheelchair-accessible parking spaces, entrances, and restrooms. One review says it is better to come by a private vehicle than a ride-hailing app. Reservations are recommended, and inquiries can be made by phone, email, or Facebook.
