Hello. This is a question for anyone who has been to one or more of the destinations below. Based on your experience, which would be better in terms of snorkeling, nature, and a vibe that isn't too touristy?
A.) Coron + Camiguin
or
B.) Siquijor + Camiguin
or
C.) Siquijor + Dumaguete
or
D.) Coron + Siquijor
Most comments picked Camiguin, and a lot of people recommend Plan B, which pairs it with Siquijor. Some said Dumaguete is a waste of time, and others recommended Puerto Galera or Cabilao and Anda in Bohol.
Camiguin + Siquijor. But if you want somewhere with really good snorkeling and very few tourists, look into the Dinagat Islands.
I did C. It's a mix of an island (Siquijor) and mountains (Dumaguete).
You should definitely go to Puerto Galera. There are tons of dive shops and it's widely recognized as one of the best scuba diving spots in the world. It's called the 'center of the center of marine shorefish biodiversity.'
