I went to Boom Chicken, located near the end of Friendship Highway, before even reaching the Abacan River. I arrived around 6:20 PM for dinner and there were so many people that I had to wait. Inside, there were many customers, and not a single Korean or white person, only Pinoys. It seems like a popular spot among Pinoys!

When a table became available, I ordered the boneless sweet and spicy chicken (500 pesos), rice balls (120 pesos), french fries (100 pesos), and three bottles of beer (300 pesos).

For side dishes, we received a sizzling plate, pickled radish, salad, peanuts, and pickled cucumber. Compared to Korea, where you only get one puffed rice snack as a basic side, this was quite generous. The salad was especially delicious. Since it was self-serve, I was even happier and filled my plate three times.

The boneless chicken was plentiful for its price, and the taste was quite good.

The rice balls were okay, and the french fries, at 100 pesos, were very crispy with delicious seasoning and a good portion size. If you order this amount in Korea, it would cost around 7,000-8,000 won, so it's definitely a good deal.

The total came to 1020 pesos, and it was a satisfying meal. Five stars! I will go again.
