Myeongga, a Malate Gem.

This was my first meal when I visited Manila in 2018. They serve a variety of Korean dishes, like a kimchi restaurant. The side dishes were exceptionally good.

I ordered the Jeyuk Bokkeum (spicy stir-fried pork) and Jjigae (stew), and both were incredibly delicious. Honestly, they tasted better than some Korean restaurants back home.

Everything was great until I went outside to smoke. A group of young beggars approached me. Not knowing the reality of the Philippines, I carelessly gave them some coins. In that instant, about ten or so children surrounded me, rummaging through my bag and trying to take everything. I screamed, and the owner of Myeongga came out and quickly resolved the situation.
