■ Case Details
· The U.S. Department of State's Diplomatic Security Service Criminal Investigative Division requested location verification and apprehension through the U.S. Embassy in the Philippines.
· The BI Fugitive Search Unit (BI-FSU) arrested him on September 10 at Camp Tomas Pepito in Angeles.
· He is the subject of an arrest warrant issued by the Los Angeles County Court for felony charges of "continuous sexual abuse of a minor."
■ Residency and Current Status
· Last entered in July 2023 as a tourist (temporary visitor) and overstayed past the authorized period, resulting in a Bureau of Immigration blacklist record.
· The U.S. Embassy notified the Bureau of Immigration that the man's U.S. passport has been revoked.
· He is also detained at the Angeles City jail (Camp Tomas Pepito, Barangay Santo Domingo) pending trial results for a separate violation of the Anti-Trafficking in Persons Act in the Philippines. Deportation procedures are also underway.
