Mayor Revilla, stop acting as Ahjay's spokesperson and fire the head of the Business Permits and Licensing Office first. Pet owners trusted Ahjay's pet crematorium because it had a business permit.
There's nothing the LGU can do, since it's still under investigation. And of course there's due process. Since it's a large-scale scam, and dumping dead pets like that is a public health hazard, I think the NBI will step in too.
Another show for the cameras. Refund the pet owners and prosecute the owner. They must have some serious connections to be this shameless. Not a single word of apology to the people who were harmed. More animal remains keep turning up, yet the person responsible has gone quiet now.
You'll never get a proper answer from Revilla. They obviously don't care.
This is horrifying to anyone who keeps pets. Treating animals humanely shows respect for life in general, and disposing of animal remains can also be a public health risk. Society needs to do some deep reflection on what kind of society we are and what we allow.
