It's located in the 1st-floor food court area inside SM Mall. It's the only Korean restaurant there, and looking around, Seoul Bibimbap seems to be the most popular.
I ordered the 165-peso bibimbap and a 500ml bottle of water for 20 pesos.
Generous portion size, check. Price, check. Everything is good.
However, there's a fatal flaw: the gochujang isn't good ㅜㅠ. It's not seasoned gochujang or stir-fried gochujang, just plain gochujang.
Still, it's a great way to eat plenty of vegetables in the Philippines, where it can be hard to get enough. Because it's bibimbap.
Looking at other menu items like galbisal and dakgalbi, they all look delicious with generous portions and appealing presentation. I plan to try another menu item soon.
