I agree he shouldn't bring him another one, but anyone can see that guy was leaning way over in the other direction in the middle of a conversation. Both of them were kind of oblivious. It's just easier to sympathize with the one who showed up with drinks and spilled them than with the one who got interrupted in the middle of a deep talk.
He didn't even have to stop talking, he could've just glanced over and taken the drink, but instead he pushed it away without even looking.
He was facing the other way. He might not have seen him coming.
There goes $20.
And he has to sit there soaked for the whole game. Double whammy.
