Sinigang: A Dish That Divides.

Is it so bad that people who dislike it absolutely cannot eat it?

I've tried it three times in Subic, Manganin, and JJ Cantin, and thankfully, I enjoyed it every time. The sinigang at JJ Cantin, in particular, had a refreshing broth that was perfect for a hangover. The pork being a bit dry was a downside, though...

For your reference, the foreign lady in the video is Jasmine Lee. She served as a proportional representative in the Korean National Assembly. With a strong will to completely dismantle the concept of a "single-ethnic nation" in Korea, she proposed numerous related bills (such as providing unemployment benefits and medical insurance to foreign workers, prohibiting discrimination by granting equal benefits in employment, and guaranteeing rights through mandatory industrial accident insurance, etc.). As a result, she received a tremendous amount of criticism, even causing her party to plummet in the polls. After her term ended, she was not given another proportional representation seat and was thus forgotten.

Still, it's fortunate that she only faced criticism and no actual attacks... Indeed, it might still be too early for that.
