I briefly went to Korea in April this year for my children's final paperwork.
My wife and I visited Korea, and I ordered my mother's pollack and seafood stew.
When I was young, she made an amazing clear pollack soup, which was one of my top 5 favorites.
As I've gotten older, I've come to appreciate more complex flavors, so I asked her to make it in a seafood stew style.
It was so delicious, I was absolutely blown away.
My wife, who was eating with me, seemed satisfied too. She said she'd make it for me when we got back to the Philippines.
I'd eaten it a few times after that, but it was always missing that certain something, like it was only 98% there.
Finally, I've achieved 100% accuracy!
So satisfied!!!
