📌 At around 9:30 a.m. on Sunday, November 1, a 33-year-old man suspected of repeatedly raping his 11-year-old biological daughter was arrested in Barangay Nangka, Marikina City, Metro Manila. The investigation continued for several months after the child's mother filed a complaint in April.

· According to a Manila Bulletin report, the child's mother filed a rape complaint against the biological father on April 8, 2026.
· Initial investigation found that the crimes took place inside the family's home from August 2022 to December 2025.

■ Investigation and Current Status
· The man was the No. 3 most wanted person in the Eastern Police District in November, and the Warrant Section of the Marikina Police Station served the warrant issued by Regional Trial Court Branch 168.
· He faces charges of qualified rape of a minor, aggravated sexual assault, and acts of lasciviousness. The warrant for qualified rape is non-bailable, and the total bail for the other charges is 960,000 pesos.
· The man is being held in the Marikina Police Station detention cell.
