Hi! I'm going to the Philippines in December for about 10 to 12 days, and I'll be flying into Manila.
I definitely want to visit El Nido and Coron, but I'd really love to see Bohol too. I've learned that getting between these areas isn't all that simple, so what would you recommend given the time I have?
Would you add one more place nearby to El Nido + Coron, or include Bohol as well? I'm also open to other suggestions!
I'd love to hear what you recommend and which itinerary you think would work best. Thank you!
For 10–12 days, many replies say to focus on Palawan, which has El Nido, Coron, and Puerto Princesa. There's also a warning that there are no direct flights from Manila to El Nido or Coron, so you'd have to connect through Cebu or Clark, and that the Christmas season gets crowded. Some say 3 nights is enough for Bohol.
If you have 10-12 days, I'd suggest focusing on Palawan for now.. You can see the beauty of Coron, El Nido and Puerto Princesa. Since your time is limited… Welcome to the Philippines.. Have a safe flight😍😍
You know there are no direct flights from Manila to El Nido or Coron, right? You have to go through Cebu, or go to Clark, which is 3 hours north of Manila. Will you still be in the Philippines for Christmas? It's the busiest travel time of the year.
You have to go to Bohol, 3 nights is enough. The Landings Bohol Philippines
Are you a scuba diver? It depends on your interests. You can fly into Manila in between, stay a day or two, then fly back out to another island.
