■ Case Details
· The investigative unit of the U.S. Embassy in the Philippines notified authorities of his presence in the country and requested his arrest.
· Arrested on September 24 by the BI-FSU in Barangay Buaya, Lapu-Lapu City.
· Charges: Sexual assault case requiring trial at the Kemper County Court in Mississippi (victim unable to resist due to mental disability, unconsciousness, etc.).
· Entered as a tourist on July 21, 2026, and subsequently applied for a stay extension until November 18.

· Temporarily detained at the National Bureau of Investigation (NBI) office in Mandaue City → Scheduled to be transferred to the Bureau of Immigration Detention Facility in Bicutan, Taguig.
· Will be deported once the BI Board of Commissioners issues a deportation order, and blacklisted as an "undesirable alien" to prevent re-entry.
