Where to extend tourist visa in Angeles City & cost for a second 2-month extension

It's located in the corner of the 1st-floor entrance of Metro Supermarket on the 1st floor of Angeles Marquee Mall.

The security guard kindly helped me fill out the form, so I gave him a 100 peso tip and a 3-liter bottle of soda as a gift.

It's 5,570 pesos for 2 months, including the ICARD fee.

I didn't apply for the Express service to save money, so I have to go back again in a week.

But it turned out to be cheaper than I expected, and I'm worried I might have missed something.
