You just made me think of the Seinfeld episode with Elaine and the "big salad." Thanks for the laugh!

Americans don't know how to eat spaghetti 🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣
My Canadian bosses came to my wedding in March. Afterwards we (our families) went to Palawan for almost two weeks, and they swore they were blown away. One of them is planning to come back for at least six months next time.

Well, young women don't date older men because they like wrinkles. He wants beauty and youth he couldn't get in America, and she wants money she couldn't get from a young Filipino man. It's fair. If you don't want to be taken advantage of, date someone your own age and level of attractiveness. Or at least not someone that young.

That's a true Filipina, a very loving wife and mother ❤️❤️
Not many countries allow a tourist visa for up to three years. Sure, you have to extend every 1, 2, or 6 months… Actually, I don't know of any country that allows it for that long. If going to an office every month or two annoys you, you can do it online. Or better yet, visit a nearby country every month or two and re-enter?
It's definitely way harder to get away with crimes like this in the Philippines. Everybody knows each other and the cities are super small.
Use FB groups. Nothing else really works.
I'm interested in this too. I've looked around the Cebu area for a center console with twin outboards, and renting a slip seems like a hassle.
Lots of reasons not to, the main ones being: - As a foreigner, you can't own land here - Construction and remodeling work differently, and as a foreigner you're likely to get overcharged or taken advantage of in other ways - If you spend too much on the remodel, you could end up with a house that's too expensive for the neighborhood, and nobody will want to buy it there - When you try to sell, you'll find real estate here can be extremely hard to sell
A visitor visa is almost impossible for wonderful Canada
A lot of locals don't understand stocks, so what else can they do? And condo ads are right in your face everywhere, every day
Not sure if you can link a UK bank to GCash. I use GCash all the time and have it linked to my US bank account. It's easy since just about everyone uses it.
Hi Martin Brownson, thank you for mentioning my name..... happy to help fellow members for free.

Here are a few fun ones. Tim (‘Regular Guy in the PH’, USA) — about $136,000 lost: He wired his life savings to build a house and fund a business in his partner's name while documenting his expat life on YouTube. After a bitter split, he lost control of the property under local foreign-ownership laws and switched his channel to documenting his financial recovery. Douglas (Canada) — about $100,000+ lost: He appeared on the public mediation show ‘Raffy Tulfo in Action’. For five years he'd been sending money remotely for land, house construction, and family expenses, only to find out his partner was living with someone else while taking the money.

As far as I know, private cars aren't allowed on Boracay. I didn't see a single one when I was there.

If it's for your friends, take Don Papa. It's made in Negros — the best rum in the Philippines.
Cole Haan should have some
Shopee or Lazada.
