The most delicious thing I ate on this trip.
Yukhoe Bibimbap and Pajeon at Jinju Sikdang.
It's tastier than in Korea. You can choose between spicy and mild gochujang to your preference... And the buchu-jeon (chive pancake) was so crispy, like "wasasak." The kimbap and side dishes were also delicious.
Overall, I rarely found Korean restaurants in Angeles to be inferior to those in Korea.
I think there's no need to have preconceived notions or biases just because it's overseas.
The only downside is that the prices are the same as in Korea.

Lately, work has been so hectic,
so my wife and I go on dates on weekend evenings, usually dinner followed by a movie.
This time, it was Spider-Man.
At first, I thought it was going to be a serious movie...
Hmm... I was reminded again why I haven't watched Spider-Man since Tom Holland started playing him...
It was like a mix of Odyssey, Goblin, and The Hobbit... Ah, I'm just not going to watch anything with Tim Holland in it anymore.
What's funny is how incredibly popular Spider-Man is in the Philippines. I saw a sold-out theater for the first time... People were even sitting on the stairs because there were no seats.

Visited for dinner before watching the new Spider-Man movie with my kid's mom.
Whether it was good luck or bad luck, they were out of steak, so we tried other dishes.
The conclusion is that it was decent.
The dish I ordered was Beef Stroganoff.
They say it's a Russian dish, but it's basically beef with cream sauce and various vegetables mixed together, similar to roast beef.
The dish my kid's mom ordered was Beef Tagalog.
My kid's mom tried it once and finished it in 10 minutes.
She said it was delicious. When I tried it, it was just like Beef Tapas.
All the meat was tender, so it was a good meal for me, whose teeth aren't great.
However, it wasn't quite at the "wow" level~~~

One surprisingly inconvenient thing for travelers in the Philippines.
For travelers, cash is the only payment method, but there are quite a few places, or rather, a lot of places, where you can't even get change for 500 pesos, let alone 1000 pesos. In this case, you can't spend your money even if you have it. For example, if you buy a hamburger and a cola for 80 pesos at Angel's Burger, they can't give you change for 920 pesos. You absolutely must prepare small bills by buying something cheap at a convenience store or franchise.

The butcher shop that used to be called 'Haseonsaeng' and did wet-aging has been renovated and finally became Kann, after being Hann.
Haseonsaeng's second branch also seems to have changed to something like King's Meat, and while I don't know the inside story, it's a butcher shop, so you can just pick your meat and pay for the table setting fee.
The downside is that they only accept cash or G-cash.

Last. 7/29 Healing Breakfast (Unlimited Buffet) Free for guests, 200 pesos for outsiders.
Operating hours: 6 AM to 10 AM.
Menu: White rice, Jjajang, Pancit, Kimchi, Stir-fried eggplant, Sweet potato cubes, Onion pickles (not served), Seaweed soup.
Iced Americano, Toast with 2 kinds of jam, Vegetable porridge.
Yesterday's menu was Jeyuk Bokkeum (spicy stir-fried pork).
Today marks the end of the Healing Breakfast corner. My enjoyable trip to the Philippines has also concluded. Healing Breakfast, which still boasts great value for money and ensures a pleasant start to the morning.
If we estimate the hotel's business success by the number of golf bags in the lobby and the count on the breakfast roster, it seems the number of guests is gradually increasing. Although the price has risen from 1200 to 1400, with the long-term rate at 1300, considering services like pick-up/drop-off, laundry, breakfast, Wi-Fi, and the swimming pool, it still offers excellent value for money.
Furthermore, the staff in the lobby are very attractive. The staff member with glasses at the snack corner, in particular, looks very demure and like a well-bred young lady.

'Todam Korean Restaurant', located opposite Friendship Hong Kong Fortune
This is the second restaurant opened by the owner of Doramyeongga, located in front of the Han Casino Hotel. The menu consists of only two dishes: the Original Set and the Barley Godeungeo Set.
I highly recommend the Barley Godeungeo Set. The portion size is generous, and the quality is guaranteed.
The downsides are that the menu is always the same, and it's a bit pricey.
However, if you treat new guests here, you'll get double thumbs up!

Every time I go to SM these days, I'm surprised by how crowded it is.
The parking lot is getting full, and the mall is packed with people...
I went because my wife wanted to, but I'd never go on my own...
Everyone's saying times are tough and they're struggling, but looking at SM, everyone seems to be doing really well...

Review of Christopher Nolan's 'Oppenheimer'
The IMAX big screen with its expansive visuals and surround sound was awesome! Thumbs up!
The story, well... Western mythology isn't really my thing... I wasn't particularly drawn to the story of gods told through humans.
And when I saw the one-eyed giant on the first island, I sighed....
Also, Nolan's signature booming sound... At first, it created tension, but it really killed the mood for something trivial... I didn't like it...
And Spider-Man's son was an idiot....
Overall: Not great
