This is a condo-style hotel on Malabanias Road in Angeles. Since February 2026, a single operator has been running the condo, the hotel, and the restaurant together, and breakfast is now served in the first-floor restaurant. The rooms are split between a new building and an old building.

Many reviews say it's a decent place to stay for the price. Several reviews mention that the Korean-style breakfast is tasty, and several also say laundry is free. Many reviews describe the staff and managers as friendly, and one review says a Korean manager is always there, so it was easy to pass along requests even without good English. Rooms have a smart TV and free Wi-Fi, one review says the air conditioner is quiet yet cools well, and there are mentions that the kitchen facilities and washing machine make it possible to cook for yourself. Some reviews say a masseuse is available on the first floor, and others say the exercise equipment and table tennis room make it comfortable for long-term guests. The food at the first-floor restaurant is generally described as decent. However, several reviews say the facilities are somewhat worn, and one says that lower floors get sewer and cigarette smells, so higher floors are better.

Room rates are ₱1,200 for Standard, ₱1,400 for Deluxe and Twin Bed, and ₱1,600 for Deluxe Plus and Premier Deluxe.
