This is a private pool villa resort near Clark in Angeles, Deca, often introduced on blogs and in videos under the name "APM Coco Valley." It opened in 2023. Unlike pool villas that rent out ordinary houses, it is a standalone complex built for lodging from the start, and it is described as having a front desk like a hotel. According to a 2026 blog post, a 5-room type has been added to the existing 4-room and 6-room units, and a new massage shop has opened within the complex.
The 6-room unit has a spacious living room with a large dining table and a sunken sofa, and many reviews say it works well for groups of more than 10 people. Every room has its own bathroom. The 6-room unit's bathrooms even have bathtubs, which several reviews say is rare among pool villas in this area. The open-air pool with no roof is generously sized, and many reviews say the atmosphere gets even better when the lights come on after sunset. The kitchen has a refrigerator, microwave, and tableware, so you can do simple cooking, though some reviews say the space is a bit cramped. According to reviews, if you ask the management staff, they will connect the living room karaoke machine to the TV, and you can also inquire about using the barbecue.
In Google reviews, many say the facilities are new, so they are clean and spacious, and privacy is well protected. There are reviews from a three-generation family who were all satisfied and from a guest who said laundry was done every day. On the other hand, there is a complaint review saying clothes were washed together with colored items and left stains on white clothes. The same review also says there were bugs and dust floating in the pool and that the Korean TV channels did not work for several days. According to a 2026 blog post, indoors is non-smoking, and smoking is allowed only by the pool.
Some say it is remote because it is a little way from the city center. Even so, there are reviews saying it is not far from Friendship Korea Town and that it was not hard to get a Grab. Many say grocery shopping is convenient because the complex has a small mart selling Korean food such as soju, ramyeon, and kimchi. Google Maps marks it as a good place to bring children. Nearby, Tacondo Elementary School is about 100 m away, BDO Bank is about 250 m away, BPI Bank is about 300 m away, and the PTT gas station and convenience store on Manuel A. Roxas Highway are about 350 m away. Reservations and inquiries can be made by phone or through the website.
