This is a private pool villa inside the Korean Town village in Angeles, listed on SeeQee as Unit A4. The same village operates several units with different numbers of rooms. According to a 2023 blog post, A4 is a twin unit with the same layout as A5, and it has 6 rooms. Introductions from 2024–2025 say that some units have had their interiors redone through remodeling. If you search for APM pool villa online, you will find many posts about APM Coco Valley Resort near Deca Clark. That is a different property, so be sure to check the location when you book.

The features that overlap across several introductions are as follows. Each room has its own bathroom, and each unit has its own private pool. You can cook for yourselves in a kitchen equipped with cooking utensils, and the living room has karaoke facilities. Room cleaning and laundry service, a live-in helper, a safe, and Wi-Fi are also listed. A 2024 introduction video shows the A5 unit. It features a pool big enough for a group to play in, a large jacuzzi tub that fits several people at once, and a minibar stocked with drinks and snacks. One post also mentions that a barbecue grill is available.

On Google reviews, many say it is quiet and secluded, making it a good place to relax. There are also reviews saying it was clean and safe for staying with family, and reviews saying the pool and service were good. Blogs likewise describe it as quiet and safe because it is inside a village guarded by security. However, two reviews say there were not enough towels in the rooms. If several people will share a room, it's a good idea to bring your own towels. A 2024 review also pointed out that the air conditioner remote did not work well and that the provided toothpaste and soap were small.

Several other pool villas are clustered nearby. Superman Pool Villa is about 150 m away, Hera Pool Villa and R Pool Villa are about 200 m away, and Sol Stay Pool Villa is about 300 m away. HT Hotel is also about 150 m away. Inquiries and reservations can be made by phone or through the website.
