Hey bro
So when you tie down cargo, you should pull on the strap and say "this isn't going anywhere."
If you don't hit it once just to check, you're really playing with fire.
The really important thing is that one hit.
Real life Final Destination, wow.
It finally happened to me last night. A log fell off a truck. Yes, it'll stay with me for life. Yes, I was going really fast. Yes, it bounced off the road, but it wasn't like in the movies. Yes, I had to pull over and calm down. Yes, the answer to the other question is the same.

This is a true story. A few years ago I was standing still at a bus stop when a big truck loaded with frozen bread started to lose control and swerved sharply. The side hatch popped open and a loaf of frozen bread flew out at about 55 mph and hit me, and I passed out. When I came to, I was lying on the ground, dazed.
Unlucky you, you became a victim of a rye-by.
I've been trying to reach you about your life extension warranty.
When I was a new driver, I hauled an empty 1000-liter IBC tote on a trailer and didn't secure it because I was lazy. I figured it was heavy so it wouldn't move... sure enough, while driving I looked in the rearview mirror and it flew off right then. I'm an atheist, but I prayed for 3 seconds that there would be no car behind me. I nearly killed someone. I'll never do that again.
