Is there a place in Manila where foreigners gather for a beer or a drink?

Foreigners didn't come all the way to the South Pacific to meet people. They came to get away from the people where they came from.

It depends on where in Manila. In Malate-Ermita there's Gpoint, Duck Inn, Dusk till Dawn, and LA Cafe, and on P. Burgos Street there's Cafe Cubana and Handlebar. Al's Hideout is good too.

Do any of the places mentioned here do live music well, especially rock or blues?
