What do you do with a few hours of free time in Manila?
I have to go to Manila for some paperwork, and I'll probably have about 6–7 hours of free time. I've never been to Manila. What are the best things to do or places to visit?

Honestly, if you're dealing with Philippine bureaucracy, you might be hugely overestimating how much free time you'll have in Manila.
