No, ruthless kids are just ruthless by nature. Most of them have no filter at all and just want to say whatever's on their mind.
My dad has one dead black tooth. He's had it since I was born. When I was little I thought it was a rock. When I asked why he didn't pull it out, he just shrugged and said it's never hurt him once.
That would make it pretty likely he'd die from a heart attack or some other complication.
I told him, but he doesn't take any of my opinions seriously.
Classic old-timer behavior.
I don't think that's true. Causation hasn't been established. A common confounder, like not caring about your health in general, could explain both poor dental hygiene and cardiovascular problems. I don't believe poor hygiene itself causes heart problems.
For me, the laugh that got cut off at the end was the clincher.
My dad *really* does have teeth though.
