Tourist visa extension.
Hello, if anyone has gone through the same thing, please share. My partner applied online for a 30-day visa on arrival, and after that period and the visa-free stay run out, can they still apply for a tourist visa extension online? They don't want to go to the Bureau of Immigration office. Thank you so much in advance. ❤️

After the first 30 days of stay, you can get the 29-day visa extension online. But extensions of 1-2 months after day 59 can only be done at the Immigration office. After that, during the 1-year stay, you can alternate between extending online (OAPS) and visiting the office. After living here for 1 year, it can only be processed at the office.

You have to go to the Bureau of Immigration (BI) office. You'll get your ACR there too.

Yes, it's possible. But it's better to leave it to a travel agency, since they don't charge an express fee.

I did my 2nd extension online two days ago at https://e-services.immigration.gov.ph. A 2-month extension including the express fee cost 5050 pesos in total.
