Thailand is having tourism problems. I live here and this place is a dead town. They're now forecasting over 12 million fewer travelers than expected. It's probably because they made policies aimed at a type of people (Indians) that nobody wants to be around, keep creating entry and exit fees, and the government is now seizing homes, businesses, and money from foreign owners and investors. People are turning toward spending their money in places with a culture they can mingle in, where it's worth the money, and not where the government's goal is to squeeze every last baht out of them.
