Exactly. Leave your pets at home. This trend of dragging them everywhere drives me nuts. Live a little.
The only places you can bring pets are Petco or PetSmart... or whatever other pet store is near you.
I work at a grocery store, and once a customer put a dog in the cart. When I said dogs aren't allowed in carts, they claimed it was a service dog. Seriously? I'd love to see how it helps you when you need it in the cart. It's definitely not a service dog.
It's so annoying that asking for proof is illegal because of discrimination issues. That's why these entitled idiots take advantage of it. And they never train their dogs either.

I love dogs, they make me incredibly happy, and they're the reason I keep going. But please stop bringing them into stores. Your pet is your choice, not a problem for everyone else. Plenty of people are really scared of dogs, have severe allergies, or have other reasons they'd rather not run into one while quietly shopping. The only exception is registered service animals.
"My puppy is just so comfortable..." That sleeping position isn't because it's comfortable.
