This angel desperately needs help
Hello, a street dog in Batangas Ripa is desperately in need of help. We named him Saldy. He is one of the street dogs in our neighborhood. Of all the street dogs I've met, he is the sweetest. About half a year ago, his owner abandoned him. Neighbors who keep dogs here have been feeding him.
A few days ago he suddenly disappeared, which was strange because he was always here. Then last night he suddenly showed up again, and I nearly cried. One of his eyes is bulging out 😭 Before he disappeared, I found a strange leash in front of our house, and I don't know whose it is. I strongly suspect it was used to choke Saldy. He may also have been hit by a car, but I'm not sure.
Below are photos of his wounds. We will help as much as we can. I don't know what to do... He's a good boy, but he avoids people. He may have been secretly abused here. If you can connect me with someone who can rescue him, please send me a message.

OP, are there any local groups or vets nearby? Try contacting several vets and local animal organizations—it's easier to go to one that's closer. You can also discuss the treatment costs with them while the dog is being treated.
I really hope he gets help. The poor doggo.
