Powder has gotten a lot harder.
Russian prisons and detention centers seem to forcibly shave inmates' heads. They'd say that's why, but making him look like a shaved-head, hardened criminal when he comes out for trial is probably a bonus.
"He hit me with the taser" You mean he shot you with it and shocked you? "No no, he *hit* me with the taser"
Does the taser current also flow through the other people holding onto his body and legs? Two cops were hanging onto his bare legs, so maybe he made that split-second call to avoid friendly fire.

My cousin did electrical work at the house of a world-famous person, and a panic room was being installed there at the same time. My cousin told that famous person that the ceiling would be really easy to break in through from above. The guy building the panic room was told to rethink it 🤣
Why did they lock Powder up like that?
