I'm taking meloxicam and Seroquel. In the Philippines, do I need a doctor with an S2 license? If anyone knows, please let me know. Thank you.
Yeah, both of them are prescription-only here in the Philippines.
You don't need it for quetiapine or regular NSAIDs. You're supposed to have a prescription, or else you can get friendly with the pharmacy. There's hardly any oversight except for S2 (controlled drugs). If you go to a privately run pharmacy, they're likely to sell to you with just a prescription from outside the Philippines. Not places like Mercury, Watsons, or South whatever.
Most pharmacies require a prescription from a licensed doctor, but you can buy some maintenance meds at Mercury without a prescription.
