I received the SSA 7162 proof-of-life form.
But our kids didn't get the SSA 7161 this year, which their mother is supposed to fill out.
Did the kids not get them this year?
Should I download blank forms online, fill them out and send them in?

Does the deposit go into a bank here? If so, she'd have done it at the bank. No papers like ours get sent.
