Has anyone used an agency that guides you through the SRRV visa process? I won't be moving within the next year, but there's no harm in starting to look into it early. I'll be moving from the UK, so it would be even better if it's an agency with experience handling the UK process rather than one that only knows the US side.

Only deal with the PRA staff. There's no fee. Never use an agency that charges fees. Communicate directly with the PRA.
