I'm thinking about writing a will. How much does a lawyer in the Philippines charge to draw one up? The will would need to cover a condo and a bank account in the Philippines, plus overseas financial assets (no real estate).

Lawyer here. It's just a condo and a bank account, so it's not complicated. I'd charge 10k.

A will per country

I had almost the same need and looked into it a few weeks ago. My Australian lawyer basically told me a will made in one country doesn't necessarily, or smoothly, cover assets in another country. And there's really no such thing as an 'international will' that actually works. Unfortunately. His advice was to make a proper, legally certified will in each and every country where I have assets, with each will covering only that country (don't let them overlap, it becomes a legal mess).

You can set up a trust that takes effect after you're gone, before probate

I'm in Taguig, Manila, and I'm looking for a local lawyer to do a will for a condo and a bank account

Google 'holographic will' (a handwritten will). It's free
