My account was hacked recently, so I can't use Remitly or Wise right now. Does anyone know of a way to send money from a US bank to a Philippine bank other than these two apps? If possible, I'd prefer a website I can use on my laptop rather than an app, since I'm not sure whether my phone is still compromised.

Many comments name remittance services like Western Union, MoneyGram, and Xoom. Some replies suggest using a bank transfer or wire transfer, but they say it can take a few days and fees apply to both accounts. Others suggest opening a Maya account.

It depends on which US bank you use, but you should be able to send a wire transfer to a Philippine account. I always do it that way with Bank of America.

The best thing is to create a Maya account. It allows up to 500k a month, and then you move the money from Wise to your Maya account and it arrives in a few seconds. Maya also gives you a free credit card.

Check for updates and restart your phone,, I had a problem before too and that fixed it.. Same with GCash errors.. Good luck
