Honestly, I just fed him. Thankfully my state doesn't do this dumb stuff.
Yeah, he doesn't know what daylight saving time is.
We let the dog adjust to the time change slowly. We shift things by 15 minutes each day until we're back on the original schedule.
I don't get why other people don't do this. You can just change it gradually instead of dragging out that one hour, and it's not even that hard.

On one hand, of course you should feed a hungry dog... but on the other hand, a pet shouldn't be "starving" just because it eats an hour later than usual...
