Good, there's no reason to be mean.

Is the Philippines sensitive?

The Philippines is really sensitive. It's so sad and frustrating.

If a PWD mocks another PWD and the other responds with mockery, are both punished, or is there an exemption under the law? If someone really is lumpo and you call them lumpo, is that mockery or just stating a fact? Is it okay to say 'lumpo pero bulig siya'? I'm asking on behalf of a dumb friend (I'm not mocking my friend). He really is dumb.

Why are Americans surprised by Philippine law? Aside from a few Spanish-style provisions, our constitution copies the American one. We don't have the right to bear arms, and we don't have birthright citizenship.
