Guys, what are your favorite cordless tool brands you can get on Lazada? I've read that the name brands are made differently for different markets and are often lower quality here. I have a bunch of DeWalt at home but I don't mind switching. Anyway, which tools available in the Philippines do you prefer?
1. DeWalt
2. Makita
3. Stanley
4. Milwaukee
5. Other

I run a medium-sized shop with around 30 workers making high-end cabinets for homes. I don't use the tools myself, but I look at them as a fleet. I treat power tools as consumables, disposable. So what matters is parts and interchangeable components. Backward compatibility for parts and batteries is key. We used to run Hilti, Bosch and Makita, but they got stolen on job sites, or even by our own workers. Recently we started using Ingco and found them to be mostly good, reliable tools. They have a good dealer network and are available everywhere, online too. Compared with the traditional brands, I can fully kit out 3 teams with Ingco.
They're all fake and nothing like Western quality.
I shipped all my Ryobi 18V tools over in a balikbayan box And I bought a DeWalt 10" portable table saw on Lazada The quality is the same as the one I had in Australia, but I had to spend a bit of time fine-tuning it, whereas the one I bought in Australia was spot on right out of the box.
Milwaukee, DeWalt. Everything else is trash.
What about corded tools? Sawsil and the like? I'm not starting a business, just some DIY. I've seen deals at Handyman on Lotus power tools. Buy one, get the second at half price. I noticed the angle grinder disc size is smaller than I'm used to, 115mm.
