This is funny, but one thing I'll point out is that this kind of music is still used to signal that someone is old. Sadly, we all need to recalibrate who counts as old now: this is music from the '30s or '40s, but the old people walking around today grew up in the '60s, which unfortunately was 60 years ago. We're all getting old, man.
