Hi everyone!! I need some advice, please. It's my first time in the Philippines. Unfortunately we'll only be there for 8 days. I don't know where's best, but I'd like to visit two places while we're there. Where would you recommend for a first-timer? My options right now are a boathouse in Coron, Boracay, and Palawan (a very secluded island place called Patawan Island Resort). What do you think? Or any better recommendations..
Palawan is much better — Coron, El Nido, Puerto Princesa..
Boracay is basically a beach packed with Aussies.. nothing Filipino about it. lol
Cebu for 3 days - then Cebu to Boracay for 3 days - then chill for a day around Makati in Manila - departure 😂😅
Where are you flying in and out of? You'll most likely spend your first and last nights there. At least! Two of your eight days are already gone. Plan on a day of travel to get to your accommodation. That's two or three more days gone. Now four days are gone. At best you'll get two days each at two places. My advice: plan on just two islands, and ones close to each other.
Siquijor is the best island when you're short on days.. some islands are too big and the travel is long .. Siquijor is easy to reach from Cebu, Bohol and Dumaguete by OceanJet
