Condo + service menu
We have a condo in the Central Luzon region.
It's a fairly new building… we've been living there a little over a year.
The "Client Care Supervisor" sent out this "service menu"… to make it easier for residents to request help with their units.
Here are the available services and their rates.

Very reasonable, and I love that there's no shady business of quoting some random price once they see you're a foreigner. No "Hm po" (how much?) nonsense either 🫰
