I'm leaving the Philippines from Manila (NAIA Terminal 3) and need to get an ECC-A. I've been in the Philippines for 10 months.

Has anyone recently gotten an ECC-A at the BI (Bureau of Immigration) One-Stop Shop at Terminal 3?
Was a confirmed flight ticket/e-ticket enough, or did you need a boarding pass before you could apply for the ECC-A?
What documents did they actually ask for?
How many 2x2 photos did they need?
How much did you actually pay?

I'm especially looking for recent firsthand experiences at NAIA Terminal 3, since the official requirements don't always seem to match what's actually required at the airport.

Thanks!

If you've stayed between 6 months and a year, you don't need to go to an immigration office; you can get your ECC-A at the one-stop shop. You pay at the immigration counter right before passport control. Just show your passport, your ACR-I, and your boarding pass. Have your latest receipts ready too.

I went to the BI before my departure and got everything done there for 1,750 pesos. They needed 2 photos and took both electronic and ink fingerprints. I went through NAIA immigration with no issues and no extra charges. I'd been in the Philippines for 13 months.

It costs 500 pesos, and you need 2 photos, your tickets, and your visa

If you're a 13A visa holder in the Philippines, you'll pay 3,380 PHP at the counter near the departure immigration area before you leave, plus a 1,620 PHP travel tax near the airline check-in counters. And yes, they'll ask for your ACR-I card.
