This is a bad habit to encourage.

It really is. We had to train it out of our house cat, and she still has days when she begs for people food (she has her own food and gets treats). But at least she no longer jumps up on the counter and tries to eat our food directly. We're still working on teaching her not to drink from our glasses when we leave water unattended, but we're getting there Encouraging this is bad. No matter how cute they are, cats need to learn to respect your food too, if only for their own sake

The orange model usually comes with anti-gravity paws as standard. ๐Ÿ˜‰

Orange cats climb when they're little because they lose brain cells the fatter and older they get. My derpy orange, Rooster Cogburn, lies down when he eats.. sometimes he just shovels it in

Moving the glove won't even matter. In a few months that cat will just jump straight onto the counter.
