Has anyone had a vasectomy in or near Makati?

Any experience or advice on getting a vasectomy in Makati?

I'd like to know where you went, what it cost, and what the process was like.

I'll be paying cash. I don't need the top urologist in Manila, just somewhere professional, convenient and reasonably priced.

St. Luke's, pretty easy process. I booked a consultation and had the procedure the following week. Intake, procedure and everything after took a couple of hours. Insurance covered mine, so I don't know exactly how much it was. Smooth process.. a bit uncomfortable, but 10/10, would do it again.

Not Makati, but I got quotes from two different doctors in Tarlac and Pampanga. One said $1,000 USD and an overnight stay in the hospital. The other was the same price, but TWO nights in the hospital and a big cut on my scrotum (instead of a small incision). I took that as a sign to get it done back in Virginia and.... well, I'm getting mine done tomorrow at 2:30 EST in Richmond. Covered by Anthem insurance. In your case, I imagine St. Luke's is the only place around that'll do it properly.

I had mine about 30 years ago. Local anesthesia, took about 10 minutes. I hear some guys choose general anesthesia. I guess that's fine, but it seems unnecessary. Mild pain for about a week. Zero regrets.
