That's a Highland cow: shaggy, friendly and smart. Independent too. They can breed without any human help and do just fine on their own. I looked after a herd of Highland cattle as a kid, and they were very friendly animals. Their babies look like teddy bears. Google Highland cow calves sometime, they're absurdly cute.
The real question is how clothes would ever dry in that kind of humidity.
