12 days is never enough to enjoy the Philippines, so I'm thinking of going on a visa

Hi, I've already been to the Philippines three times and 12 days is way too short. Going out every day, you get tired and there's no time left

I'm thinking of trying for a visa, but what if immigration asks why I'm coming on a visa when they specifically gave a 14-day visa-free option

Where are you from, anyway? The US visa is 29 days and can be extended for up to 3 years.

Why would immigration say anything at all? If you applied for and got a valid visit visa to the Philippines for X number of days, they'll just ask the usual questions. Why you're visiting Where you're going Where you're staying Show proof And maybe proof that you have the money to stay for that period.

Because you want to enjoy a bit of a vacation.
