Hi everyone! Are there any foreigners here who've managed to verify or upgrade their Maya account recently?
I keep getting these errors: 'ID/document is invalid' + 'the information you submitted is incomplete.' I'm trying with my passport and a bank certificate.
Any tips, or ways to push this through customer support?

For the bank document, try submitting a screenshot of your account showing your name. I was getting the same error until I called customer service and the rep suggested this, and then it worked. Good luck…
